High sensitivity — when you feel the world louder, deeper and more intensely

About a fifth of all people perceive things more finely than others. That can be exhausting — and at the same time it's a special gift. Let's find a good way to live with it together.

Maybe you know this feeling: a full day, lots of people, lots of impressions — and by evening you're empty, even though others hardly felt a thing. You sense moods before a single word is spoken. Noise, light, conflict, the suffering of others — all of it goes deeper inside you and takes longer to find its way back out.

Perhaps you've sometimes thought that something was wrong with you. That you were too sensitive, too thin-skinned, too much. You may have grown used to making yourself smaller in order to belong.

I'd like to tell you something: there is nothing wrong with you. You are not too much. You simply perceive more — and that's not a weakness that needs fixing.

Sensitivity is not a flaw, but a special way of perceiving

High sensitivity — often called HSP in research (from „Highly Sensitive Person“) — describes people whose nervous system processes stimuli more finely and more thoroughly. Around a fifth of all people, and by the way many animals too, carry this disposition within them.

This heightened sensitivity can be a burden: sensory overload, quick exhaustion, the feeling of constantly being on receive. But it can just as well enrich you — through deep compassion, fine intuition, a sense for beauty, for nuances, for what lies beneath the surface.

It's not about shedding your sensitivity. It's about understanding it — and living with it in a way that carries you instead of overwhelming you.

My path with you: safety first, then the look within

Sensitive people in particular need one thing above all: the feeling of being safe and held. That's why I won't turn anything upside down or push you into anything. We first create a safe space and enough inner resources — and only then, at your own pace, do we look inward together.

I work systemically and holistically, trauma-sensitively and kindly. I care about the causes, not just the symptoms — and always about what strengthens you. For me it holds true: connectedness is the key to healing.

What awaits you

Understanding what's going on inside you

Together we look at how your high sensitivity actually shows up in your everyday life, in relationships and in stressful moments — without judgement, with plenty of understanding.

Your sensitivity as a resource

You discover the strengths that lie within your special way of perceiving: depth, empathy, intuition and a fine sense for what truly matters.

Gentle ways for everyday life

Step by step we work out mindful ways for you to dose stimuli well, hold your boundaries and replenish yourself after intense days.

Support that holds you

A calm, warm-hearted companionship made especially for highly sensitive people — where you feel honestly seen and are never put under pressure.

Who accompanies you

I'm Sven, 56 years old, and I live in Schwante near Berlin. Since 1997 I've been engaged with psychology and personal development, and since 2019 intensively with conscious breathwork. I've gone through behavioural therapy myself and know how valuable it is to have someone by your side who really listens.

As a transformation companion, breath therapist and coach I bring sound training with me — among others in NI Neurosystemic Integration® (holistic, integrative trauma work according to Verena König), breath and energy therapy as well as systemic constellation work. For me, high sensitivity is not a trendy topic but an attitude with which I meet you as an equal and without esoteric hype.

Gentle answers to what you might be wondering

No. Many people come with a gut feeling or a quiet hunch. We approach the topic together, calmly — you don't need to bring a diagnosis or any fixed answers with you.

Most likely yes. I care about understanding, clarity and a way of living with it that works in everyday life — explained calmly and as equals. You decide how deep and how fast we go.
