Perhaps you've sensed for a while now that something is allowed to be different. That you no longer just want to function, but to feel again. That there is a quiet longing for calm, for clarity, for the feeling of truly being at home within yourself.
Maybe you've already tried many things – and still feel unsure about what fits you. That is completely okay. You don't have to decide right now. Take your time and look around. Some paths will feel familiar, others you may only discover with curiosity. You're allowed to trust both.
My guiding principle stays the same throughout: First a safe environment and enough inner resources are created – only then do we turn toward what lies beneath. Nothing happens in a rush. Everything at your own pace.

In the Breath Journey – conscious, connected breathing (conscious breathwork) – you're allowed to let go of what has built up, and to feel what is really there beneath it. As a group session in the wide expanse of the Schwante palace garden, or entirely for yourself in an individual session.
Many describe it as something that differs from everything else they knew before. You don't need any prior experience – only the willingness to engage with your own breath.

I'm Sven – 56 years old, two grown-up children, at home in Schwante northwest of Berlin. Originally an engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), I have been engaged with psychology and personal development since 1997, and intensively with conscious breathwork since 2019.
I don't speak about something I only know from books. I have been through behavioral therapy myself and know how upheavals feel from the inside. That is precisely why one thing is so important to me: that you feel safe before we look inward together.
My support rests on genuine training – including in Neurosystemic Integration® (trauma work), as a breath and energy therapist, in systemic constellation work, Human Design and holotropic breathing. Calm rather than boastful. Kind rather than instructive.

I understand the skepticism well. For me it's not about hype or quick promises, but about calm, resource-oriented support based on solid training. You stay in the lead the whole time – nothing happens that doesn't feel right to you.

In my own rooms at the palace garden in Schwante (Oberkrämer, Brandenburg) or in Berlin-Pankow at Sinnergie e.V., right by the Wollankstraße S-Bahn station. Some forms of support are also possible online – we'll clarify that together.
