Conscious breathing — a journey to yourself
Your breath is always there. Quiet, faithful, carried by every moment. And yet we have often forgotten how to truly listen to it. On a breath journey, you can do exactly that again: arrive, feel, let go — at your own pace, in a safe place.
Sometimes everything works — and yet something feels tight. Your head is full, your shoulders are raised, your breath is shallow. You breathe, of course. But you no longer really feel yourself. Perhaps you sense a longing you can hardly name yourself: to be fully with yourself once again. To find a calm that does not come from the outside.
If you are sensitive, you know this especially well. You take in a lot — moods, expectations, the unspoken in the room. That is a gift. But it can be tiring when no one shows you how to find your way back to yourself.
That is exactly what the breath journey is for.
The breath as a door inward
Conscious breathing — in English conscious breathwork — is one of the gentlest and at the same time most powerful ways to come into contact with yourself. You don't need to be able to do anything or achieve anything for it. You simply breathe. But more consciously, more deeply, guided.
What then happens is hard to put into words — and is yet completely natural: The head becomes quieter. What is held on to may release. Feelings that have long lain beneath the surface may be present and move on. Many describe it as a coming home — to more clarity, more spaciousness, more connection with yourself.
The breath can accompany you in letting go of stress and feeling the ground beneath your feet again. No promise, no pressure — an invitation to experience yourself anew.

This was something completely different from all the other meditations I had taken part in / experienced before.

How a breath journey unfolds
We meet in a small, warm-hearted circle — usually here with me in Oberkrämer, in the green by the castle garden in Schwante. Not an anonymous course, but a familiar group in which you may feel held.
You make yourself comfortable on a mat, with a blanket and — if you like — an eye mask. I guide you gently with my voice and with music through the breath journey. You determine the depth. Nothing must, everything may.
It is important to me that you feel safe. I work in a trauma-sensitive and mindful way — especially for highly sensitive and finely attuned people (HSP). First we create a protected space and enough inner resources, and only then do we turn our gaze inward. You set the pace, always.
Would you rather begin entirely on your own? Breath journeys are also possible as an individual session. And if you feel safer when a trusted person is with you: feel free to bring a friend along.

What awaits you on a breath journey
A safe space
A small, kind-hearted group and a protected atmosphere. Here you don't have to prove anything — you may simply be.
Guidance at your own pace
Led through voice and music, trauma-sensitive and mindful. You decide how deep you go.
Room for whatever comes
Stress may fall away, feelings may show themselves. Many find more clarity, calm and connection with themselves.

Who accompanies you
I am Sven Geitmann, 56, transformation guide, breath therapist and coach. I live in Schwante in Brandenburg, have two grown children and know from my own experience how a path inward feels — I, too, once did a behavioral therapy for myself.
Since 1997 I have been engaged with psychology and personal development, and since 2019 with conscious breathwork. I am trained as a breath therapist and Breathwork Facilitator (naou), learned holotropic breathing with Brigitte Grof & Karin Tesch and have experience with Wim Hof, Buteyko and QLB breathing. I do not mention these trainings to impress — but so that you know you can entrust yourself safely.
My guiding principle: Connection is the key to healing.

Gentle answers to common questions
No. You don't need to bring anything other than your willingness to be there. I guide you step by step — everything else happens on its own.
On the contrary — finely attuned people in particular often experience the breath journey as especially soothing. I work in a trauma-sensitive and mindful way, and you decide for yourself at any time how deep you want to go.
That may happen and is a natural part of the process. We first create a safe space with enough resources before we look inward. You are not alone — I am with you.
Yes. Breath journeys are possible as an individual session, and you are welcome to bring a friend along if you feel more comfortable that way.
Come to the next breath journey
The next breath journey takes place on 5. Juli 2026 from 10:00 to 12:00 in the castle garden in Schwante (Oberkrämer). If you would first like to arrive in peace and clarify any questions, I warmly invite you to a non-binding, free introductory conversation — entirely without pressure.
