Trauma-Sensitive Coaching
Mindful guidance at your own pace – so that you finally feel safe enough to come home to yourself again.

Mindful guidance at your own pace – so that you finally feel safe enough to come home to yourself again.

Perhaps you carry something with you that weighs more heavily than you let on. An old experience that keeps making itself felt – during a restless night, in a surprisingly intense reaction, in the quiet sense of somehow not having fully arrived.
Maybe you have already tried a few things. Methods, conversations, well-meant approaches. And sometimes, in the end, the impression remained: It doesn't work for me. Maybe I'm just too complicated.
You are not. Much of what is considered helpful is not truly trauma-sensitive – and, especially for sensitive people, it can unsettle more than it supports. When an approach leads you too quickly and too deeply into the past, without a safe ground being there first, your system protects itself. And rightly so.
My path does not begin with what hurts. It begins with what holds you.
Before we turn toward what has shaped you, we look together: What gives you support? Where do you feel calm, strength, a bit of ground beneath your feet? We build up these resources first – so that you always know you won't be overwhelmed.
Only when there is enough safety do we gently turn our gaze inward. Step by step, at your own pace, always with the possibility to pause. You don't have to dive deep into the past for something to be able to release. Often it is enough to finally show your own nervous system: It is safe here. Here I am allowed.

I work according to NI – Neurosystemic Integration® (after Verena König): a holistic, integrative approach that takes your nervous system seriously and does not overwhelm you. We look at causes rather than just symptoms – kindly, mindfully and without pressure.
Especially if you are highly sensitive or finely attuned (HSP), you perceive more than others – including within yourself. What sounds like too much for some is, for you, a gift that needs a gentle framework. That is exactly what this path is meant for.
Gentle guidance that follows your pace – with the possibility to pause at any time. You set the rhythm, not the method.
We first strengthen what carries you: inner calm, sources of strength, safe ground. This foundation makes everything else possible.
Holistic, integrative trauma work after Verena König – an approach that takes your nervous system seriously and does not flood you.
We look at the person behind the symptom – at causes, not just appearances. You are seen as a whole.
A protected space for everyone who perceives a lot (HSP). Here your sensitivity is not a problem, but welcome.
Connection is the key to healing. In a warm, kind atmosphere, you are allowed to show yourself bit by bit.
I am Sven Geitmann, 56, and I accompany people through transitions and phases of exhaustion. Since 1997 I have been engaged with psychology and personal development – and I have gone through behavioral therapy myself. I know what it feels like to search for a safe place.
My approach is not theory, but something that has grown: out of my own inner work and out of well-grounded trainings. Among them NI – Neurosystemic Integration® (Verena König), breath and energy therapy as well as constellation work. I work calmly, clearly and kindly – without hype, without pressure.
I am glad to receive you in my own rooms at the Schlossgarten in Schwante (Oberkrämer near Berlin) or at Sinnergie in Berlin-Pankow.

No. You don't have to delve deep into the past for something to be able to release. We work in a resource-oriented way and at your pace – you decide what and how much you share.
When something goes too quickly into the depths, your system protects itself – that is healthy and not a failure. Here safety comes first, then the look within. It is exactly this order that many approaches lack.
Very much so. This path is designed especially for highly sensitive and finely attuned people (HSP). Your fine perception is welcome here and receives a protected framework.
The first introductory conversation is free and entirely without obligation. There is no pressure – we simply see whether it feels right for you.
